Nigerien EFL Teachers receive critical training
On Saturday, October 18, 2008 the U.S. Embassy’s American Cultural Center (ACC) hosted a certificate ceremony for 35 Nigerien teachers, who completed the 2008 TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher training program organized by the ACC’s English Language Program (ELP) and the Nigerien Inspection Pedagogique Nationale. Certificates are awarded to teachers who complete at least ninety percent of the program’s training modules.
